Where do you park/store your RV when not camping?

We live in a small town that has no regulation on vehicles, except anything parked longer than 30 days has to have current tags. That's no problem for us, we don't normally park for more than 30 days except during the winter.

When we were in a smaller town (no zoning/HOA issues) it was in our driveway. Moved to suburbia and have $40/mo outdoor storage...20 miles away.

Ours sits in front of and beside our house. We had a spot leveled and graveled for the MH to sit on. I run an extension cord from the house for power for the MH.

Here it is.

Our 18 trailer fits under our carport, the ac shroud clears by 2", we keep it plugged into shore power so the battery is always charged.

In Florida and Alabama we have full hook up RV pads on our property. In NC we cannot bring it to our house because of the elevation of the access road so it stays in an enclosed barn about 7 miles away.

Next to the house on gravel driveway when the lawn is too soft to park in the backyard, in the backyard when the ground drys out enough, in the shop when weather gets too cold. Both driveway and backyard have water and electric (30A) hookups.

My Dad keeps his at our house also so he has the driveway slot in the summer and shop in the winter. They are both on the gravel driveway today because we have been out already and he is going out in the next day or two.. (could put it back in shop but shop is full so not always easy).

We park our Class A and travel trailer next to our house during the off time.
