Just as the title says, where do you store your Shoes, Boots, Sandals and/or Slippers. They seem to gather around the door in our RV. Does anyone have a good solution for where to keep everyone's footwear when not wearing them?

I keep what I normally wear under the bed. Odd ones go into an exterior compartment next to the entrance door.

My DW kicks hers off as soon as she walks in the door so everyone else trips on them coming in !:SWe TRY to keep 1 pair each at the door.. any others stay up in the bedroom either in the closet, under the bed, or in the little worthless sho rack that is built in... Hers fits in that, mine do not

Not full-timers, so we don't have many. But what we have goes in the drawer under the dinette bench which is right next to the stairs. Theater seats across from that, so handy to sit and pick out and put on shoes.

Shoes, laundry and wet clothes have always been a problem in every RV I have owned since 1992. In my current trailer, I finally have space for shoes and laundry. a Wet clothes go on an extention rod over the bathtub. Right by the door is an "end table" with door which all my shoes go into. Problem solved for this RV.

One pair is with my clothes and the other pair is on my feet. But I'm a male. Others may have different requirements (as my DW).

The wellies go in the basement hatch next to the door. Everything else fits in the closet just fine. We don't carry a huge inventory.

Well lets see. A long shoe rack and space underneath in the closet...but it it not enough room, for boat shoes, two pair of sandals, cowboy boots, three pairs of casual shoes and dress shoes and whatever she has. usually we store them in front of the sofa, the chair under the dinette, and a couple of strays else where. Not to sure visitors didn't leave some and take some. I still don't know where I got that pair of brown lace ups.We sometimes have every thing put away and leave our shoes we are wearing at he moment in the stairwell of the coach. Tried leaving them on the mat outside the door but....

Thanks for all the input. We pick up our fifth wheel tomorrow. I want to keep things as clean as possible. At least for a little while!

We keep a storage tub with lid next to the stairs outside with all the footwear in it.

A wicker basket under the table for shoes/boots.
A tall/large plastic carry all in the bathtub for laundry.

This is essentially what we do - wear crocs around the campsite and take them off when we go in. When using our trailer our hiking shoes are stored on the front floor mats of the truck. With our B there is a drawer just inside the door that we store our shoes in.

We normally keep our shoes outside. A pair of easy slip one at the bottom of the steps, and we have a medium sized plastic tote that travels in the pass through, but at the campsite stays close to the door outside.

If you carry fewer shoes, you'll have more room for beer. :)
