This is what we do I bought an end to shut off the water at the end of the garden hose also. Another thread about grey water I also use the fresh water to dilute the grey water we run into the bushes or wash down live jackets or tubes here they have hydrants for ever 4 or so campers so always have an extra Y for the hydrant also so the neighbors dont have to wait for you.
