Stop borrowing trouble. Is this a MH or travel trailer? Annual inspections vary state to state, but they are safety inspections ( lights, brakes, emissions, windshield etc) and no one cares about build quality. Honestly the state just wants your money and they're not all that that concerned with safety. They want to know it meets the requirement to be on the road. That's it. They couldn't care less if the roof leaks or your fridge works. Do your tail and brake lights work? That's about it. This is not a building code inspection. Call your local DMV to find out if you even need an inspection for your rv and if so, what they check.
