WHERE TO PARK RV NEAR DISNEY?

I'm driving my 24ft Class C to Florida to spend time at Disney. I do not want to stay at any campsite, including Disney's campsite. I'd like to rent a vacation home. I've learned that most, if not all, vacation homes prohibit parking an RV in the driveway. So my plan is to rent a car while there. What do I do with the RV? Has anyone rented a car and been allowed to leave their RV parked at the car rental place for a week? I know I can pay to have it stored in numerous places around Disney. I'm specifically looking for anyone that was able to leave their RV in the car rental lot. Thanks

If you are a full-timer then I can see that you would drive the MH but if not then I have the same question. Try to find a storage lot but if you have all your stuff/food in it then it is not a good thing to leave at a lot. I have been to Orlando area many times and would not take the RV there if I was not going to camp at one of the RV Parks.

Renting a house near the mouse house will cost you a fortune if you can even find one during peak season.

"IF" you are driving your MH why don't you just find a CG in an outlaying town and rent a car from there. RV parked problem solved.

There are TONS of CG's within less than 45 minutes drive from Disney. Google Leesburg, Clermont, etc.

  • I hate to suggest it, but maybe Camping world?

  • You could contact an RV storage yard and see if they'd accomodate you with short term storage.

When I had to leave mine before, I paid for an RV park. They kept an eye on it for me.
