Our family grew up tent camping. Loaded up the sedan with 5 of us and the car weighted down from the gear in the trunk.
My parents were finally able to afford a used pop-up when I was in high school, but I still stayed in a tent.
After college I got married and my parents bought a new Travel Trailer which they let me and my wife use before and after kids.
Before and after kids my wife and I did a little tent camping. Kids liked it.
Recently bought our first camper, a Hybrid. Kids love it but we have not had it out yet.
