I have heard on a warm day, when the compressor stops, and it takes more amperage to restart it, that a Honda 3000 is not up to the task.
A pair of Honda 2000's are used by many who are Rv.Net members. Without complaints. Heck if you where my neighbor, I would not complain either, they are very quiet!
Mayberrys.com is one place that sells them pretty cheap. They also sell a kit to link two together with a RV style plug, not the normal twistlock type.
Two easy to carry 47 pound generators, that are very quiet! Just what I would want too!
