Which is a good reasonably priced GPS for an rv?

Had a GARMIN 650 but it needed an update and I had to buy a cable for my pc to update it. Plus it would cost $49.99 to get the map update. I was very happy with this one but I know that was made 7 yea...

I'd consider chucking the Garmin and using an iPhone, Android, or iPad app. The AT&T navigation app works quite well, even offline, since it has the option to download all the useful maps for later use.
