The further the seller is locateed from a major urban area the lower the price needs to be to get potential buyers to make the drive to see it. In the Miami area you may be in a good location or it may be saturated with other people wanting to sell their RV's.
If you use searchtempest.com or simply google search for your RV make for the past year you can see what the listings were and the asking prices. I found searchtempest helpful to see how long a type of RV was likely to be on the market based on the asking price and the location of the seller. Same type would sell in 2-3 days in major urban area but take 3-4 months to sell out in some rural area.
