With the anti-siphon valve and check valve it is near impossible to get contamination back into the flush hose. And even if you eliminated the anti-siphon and check valves or they both somehow failed, it would still be extremely unlikely you would ever get contaminated water back into the flush hose. To do so you have to have the hose connected, the faucet valve open doing a flush, and the local water system simultaneously lose pressure and suction water back into the local water system thru you hose. As long as there is pressure in the water system, it simply cannot back flow into your hose.
