OP, are you sure you do not have room for your rig on your lot?
To bad you cannot take it south for the winter.
Actually I winterize it by taking it to Fla in the winter because of scenes like this, this weekend.
I wonder if the kids would mind combining Thanksgiving and Christmas together???
