I installed a 15'X 42' slab in our back yard and the roof was to follow but strangely enough, I could not find a local installer. I ended going with a Ca. Co. that said they would do it in 3~6 weeks.
Your set up looks very similar to the pad we have, although I need to lengthen it 10' to accommodate our existing unit. You also have similar weather to ours so it is certainly a good idea.
Does your area require a permit for it? One local company I spoke to indicated that they are considered temporary buildings but when I quizzed him further about permits his answers became more wishy washy. My big concern about putting it up without a permit would be having to take it down if someone complains. Probably would not happen, but the chance is certainly there.
