Based on this and other posts, I think there isn't much about Good Sam Enterprises that you like. It is no secret that Good Sam Enterprises is a 'for profit' company that focuses on RV services. The officers of the company are responsible by law to the owners of the company, not the customers. You and I are customers, nothing else.
