Why can't I get what I want with manual transmission

I have tried to price out several manual transmission vehicles on Edmunds.com. It seems that when you opt for a manual transmission, you cannot add any options. Why? I want al the bells and whist...

Subaru does not make any rear wheel drive cars. Every Subaru is 4 wheel drive.
