Why can't I get what I want with manual transmission

I have tried to price out several manual transmission vehicles on Edmunds.com. It seems that when you opt for a manual transmission, you cannot add any options. Why? I want al the bells and whist...

We tow a Corolla. I don't know if manual transmission is available in the upper trim ranges. Our manual is base model. A/C, Cruise, Power Mirrors. Does not have Power Locks or Windows.
