Why can't I get what I want with manual transmission

I have tried to price out several manual transmission vehicles on Edmunds.com. It seems that when you opt for a manual transmission, you cannot add any options. Why? I want al the bells and whist...

Tell that to my teenager, she drives a stick and is nowhere close to dying. And all Europeans, and I suspect, the rest of the world.
