Most likely your problem is either light tongue weight (should be between 10% and 15% of the trailers gross weight on the tongue) or the short wheel base of your Jeep. Short wheel bases tend to move around easily. It's always POSSIBLE that you have an alignment problem with the trailer axles or a bent tongue so take some measurements, weights and make sure your WD system is correctly SIZED and correctly set up. I am assuming that what you have is actual trailer sway and not just the wind moving you around.
