Why do I have sway with a WD hitch and sway kit?

I don't understand. I'm starting to think I don't have my tire pressures right (tandem setup) My base tongue weight is 219 and I know to load a trailer with more weight toward the fron (the old 60/40...

Well I've actually weighed the junk I carry in it simply because I was curious - about 420 lbs including the hitch assembly. Vehicle load is about 450 so total vehicle load is about 4400-ish. I am DESPERATELY looking for a new vehicle that will most likely be a Silverado/Sierra. Whatever I get it will certainly be a much better TV than what I have, so that will certainly help.
