Why does my A/C fan on when I run the furnace?

My fifth wheel has two temp controllers. One has a digital display that controls my A/C and blower. This thermostat also controls my gas furnace. THe other thermostat is the type that I've had on...

Don't know about the second thermostat, but to keep the a/c blower from running with the furnace, set the fan to auto.
Second thermostat sounds like a roof vent/ventilator 'stat.
