Amazon doesn't and it works fine for them. You can't even talk to anyone at Amazon but you can at the online RV vendors. for return and had to plead with them to take it back. Not impressed...
Dude...Amazon has three ways to contact them...one is a phone call..right to your phone, one is chat and of course, E mail. Yes..Ca. and Com. If, with your accountant, anti-fraud and MBA can't find that, let me know..I'll guide you thru it.
