And you have touched on a really important issue..that of 'returns'. Some of us don't have any big box stores close to hand, never mind a CW or Costco. That is one reason we shop on-line for so many items. That and the cost is usally much less. As far as reurns, Amazon has been 100% with any that I have had to do. I talk to them on the phone, explain the reason for the return, they E mail me the coded return, I tape that on the package...they pay the shipping. If I want a replacmeent item,. it's shipped immediatly and once the 'return' item is recieved in the appropriate condition my account is adjusted.
Works...what else can I say?
