If I need something "now" I will go to them just for the convenience. Even with the Good Sam discount they are higher. I have gone to a local General RV when I needed something. I'm glad there around in that respect even though their service dept is terrible ( Camping World). The higher cost is ok for the convenience.
If I have time and know what I want I'll buy online from Tweetys or Amazon or other sources, saving a good deal of cash. Not crazy about Amazon.
Simple - they fit a nitch. However I think they are doing everything they can to turn customers away. Service at their stores is terrible.
