Physics is physics. Doesn't matter if it's 20k lbs of truck and trailer or a toy car. Doesn't matter where the wheels are or where the weight is placed. The basic principles are accurate. Is this is exactly real world? Of course not. But it illustrates the basics and the importance of WD and proper loading. Every setup is unique so this is not a one size fits all demo.
What it's missing is the importance of getting weight back on front end of the tow vehicle. Restoring steering control is as important as having proper weight balance of the trailer.
