RO water is acidic........healthy blood is slightly alkaline
RO removes sodium, calcium, magnesium and iron...which is essential for our health. Water is just one means of getting these necessary minerals.
RO can increase urine production by kidneys which further depletes sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and magnesium ions from the body
(RO.....Distilled same same)
Caveat:
NOT a plumber.......just someone that has operated evaporators/demineralizers/RO units in commercial production of PURE water and has seen how it will suck the minerals right out of paint job on a vehicle that has been repeatedly washed using PURE water (although it doesn't leave ANY water streaks).
Just saying....if you drink it take lots supplements to try and offset 'cleansing effects' of PURE water. Water is a 'solvent'----PURE water actively seeks out minerals to dissolve.
As for me.......good ole warm water from a rubber garden hose. And bottled water straight from that big ole plastic 'bottle' known as a fresh water tank
Gulp, gulp, gulp :B
