We use the CG water for bathing and washing dishes. I would not want the stuff found in the OP's filter in my TT's plumbing, including the water heater as someone mentioned and turtle guy didn't think about.

I think calling the CG to notify them is a good idea as well - you'd be surprised at the stuff they don't know about.
