Often on these boards "lack of campground etiquette" gets directed at some younger generation with an "it's all about me" mentality. In regards to barking unattended dogs and other etiquette issues over the last 5 years or so, I have observed the recently retired with the shiny new 35' rigs and tow vehicles or huge class A's to be the most guilty of lack of common sense, campground etiquette and common courtesy, and it appears to be a growing trend.
I haven't been on these boards very long so maybe that's it, 'eh?
I hope I didn't imply that any specific generation/age is to blame as I have not seen a correlation of that at all.
Sometimes when people are brand new to RV'ing, they just plain may not know the etiquette. We were all there once. If that's the case, it becomes our responsibility to make friends with those new folks and gently steer them into knowledge that they haven't discovered yet.
