I wouldn't. Strollers are difficult to push on some of the pathways... and are not allowed in some areas. Which means you would have to carry the baby and everything you might need. Some of the larger areas take a good hour to walk around.
Babies like water to splash in ... you won't find a baby friendly place to do that in Yellowstone NP.
And if you need a doctor in a hurry for an ear infection that comes on suddenly... that could be a problem.
