Rules are fine when posted on the back of the CG map but a billboard or some other in-your-face posting just isn't inviting.
I know of a place like that. Te last rule is if you read all e above rules you can come to the office and get a carabiner with their name on it.
There are signs all over the place. the rules are posted on the bulletin board in the middle of the small park. The owner goes around with a copy in his back pocket.
