Will camprgounds ever fit hospitality standards?

There about needs to be a deposit upon making the reservation. Don't show up, deposit is forfeited. Leave a mess and/or put inappropriate things in fire ring, then you forfeit the deposit. Campsite to be checked upon departure and either credited back to your account or mailed to you. Supply photo of why deposit was held. Might deter some. If not, will at least supply some of the income to pay for staff to clean up.
