People that are good minded, good people should not even need to look at the rules. Use common sense and don't act like and idiot. The people that need to read them to know not to cut tress down and listen to music until 1 am probably aren't going to follow them anyway.
I personally don't care if they are listed or not, I don't know that I've ever sat down to read any of them. We keep to ourselves and don't ever use amenities of the campground such as bath houses and stuff.
I also don't want the same service I would expect at a hotel. We go camping to be left alone and don't have any desire to speak with any staff once we arrive.
