Will camprgounds ever fit hospitality standards?

My expectations at a privately owned and operated campground is that the water is drinkable and the voltage correct at the receptacle at the site and that the bathrooms will be clean and have hot water and a working outlet by the sinks and a mirror for shaving. I find this to actually be true less than 50% of the time regardless of the amount charged by the place. My experiences are limited to the western states so it may be much better in other parts of the country.
