Never meant to give legal advice, I am not a lawyer. The supreme court has ruled on recording public officials in public. It is a first amendment right. Yep, you might get arrested for it. Then its on to court. Once the charges are dropped or you have been exonerated then its on to file a civil rights case against the agency and officer involved. That's just what I would do, no legal advice intended here. You can choose to be victimized if you like. You know, if you have done nothing wrong then whats the problem? Right? Just lie down and do as you are told.
