Windows sticking out just a little bit

I have a 2012 Surveyor. Earlier in the year when checking seals I realized the windows are no longer flush with the walls. The frame sticks out between 1/16 and 2/16 in some places. This is slightly unnerving. We have no apparent leaks around the windows though. I sealed the gap for now.

Question: Is this expected? Do I need to pull the windows and do some repair and put them back in?
