I'm not trying to be a jerk but photos that would match your description do carry weight, especially if you need help and not trying to look like you are bashing the park/mfg.
I would be upset too however but there may have been a pinch point adding stress to one area of the window that was unseen compounded by taking the bumps. I try to hit bumps slowly and sometimes you cannot see them until they are too late.
