At the risk of being unkind let me say, I read into your original post more than a hint of "I'm a victim" whining. I restrained myself, but this quote, "Specifications are indeed subject to change and so is their ad still showing disconnect after purchase. If they left off an air condictioner or water pump would you find that ok," is just ridiculous.
No it`s not! when I bought my trailer it was missing the bar stools. they told me they probably eliminated those. I showed them the list of standard items where "bar stools" were listed. they tried pulling the same thing the OP is posting about. then we went into another model and there were bar stools. so they had nothing to say.
Sorry to say but that little note at the bottom of a brochure about "specifications subject to change" is a way for a manuf. to get out of putting in certain features and still charging the same amount!
Sorry,I can't equate bar stools with air conditioners, water pumps and diesel engines. Does anyone really think that "subject to change" languate would hold up in court if a manufacturer said it encompassed major items? "Those three axles on that huge toy hauler weren't necessary so we eliminated two of them." Give some thought to balance please.
