Gordon,
Assuming your trailer has an insulated "basement", why not just un-winterize, turn up the heat, and use all systems as usual? Surly, you can find a dump station back in town (gas station, RV store, or even into your own septic system/sewer cleanout at home).
If you don't think this will work for your rig, then bring along a few 5 gallon containers of water (good quality containers), heat water on the stove and take sponge baths.
