I totally get it...while "dewinterizing" may not be too big of a deal it's a personal decision if you don't want to mess with it.
As to the actual questions:
Dittos to water jugs (I'd go for gallon jugs from Wally world- or if you really want to be cheap- save gallon jugs and put tap water in them.)
Bathe with a damp wash cloth and perhaps a rubber tub/bucket if you need "quantities" of water- I'll add rubbing alcohol to the wash rag sometimes...(or dittos to the wet wipes!).
Paper plates and a rubbermaid tub if you need any sort of sink activity...dump gray water on ground (as a tenter would do...yeah, I said it...bring on the flame war).
Restroom: If the campground facilities are locked up, there's a number of cheap choices for waterless camping toilets...not a pleasant subject, but it's a fact and is it really THAT different from dealing with a black tank?
