What about a "blue boy"? They get very heavy when full... but they are a way to dump tanks somewhere until you get back to civilization. I don't know what the OP has for a rig, but with a black water storage tank in the bed, I have run a portable macerator pump and pumped up into it. Then, at the dump station, I just hooked the slinky up and let gravity do its part. No having to heave hundreds of pounds of waste.
To keep the blue boy from freezing in the winter, toss some non-toxic antifreeze in it. I tossed some cheap vodka in, which actively mixed with the water and helped to retard freezing, especially if the tank is sealed so the alcohol wouldn't evaporate. (I use cheap vodka as an antifreeze because it isn't bad for the environment, is not too toxic, and here in Texas, it lowers the freezing point enough to protect pipes and tanks.)
