Is weatherbase a guarantee? No. But the expanded weather statistics show the average highs and lows, and the highest and lowest by month for the last 30 years. Also average days by month for rain, snow, days above 90, 80, etc. and days below freezing, again over the last 30 years. If nothing else, it will tell you what to pack. The joke is flying by the seat of your pants.
