winterized to late...... busted faucet question

Hi all. As title describes I didn't take care of the plumbing in time as I bought my toyhauler the last week of September and....... When I did get it winterized I found the outside shower leaking...

With all the cost cutting that goes into todays trailers, mine has a false vent cover on the wall in hall that hides access to the back of the shower plumbing so one might want to check out for any existing "HIDDEN" access points. BTW I have the same vent on the bottom tub panel to access the tube drain fitting in the bathroom
