Mount a gopro back there and use your phone as the screen.
Doesn't work. I tried it.
First, the range is horrible. With the old 26' TT, GoPro mounted inside the RV, and with a range extender in the front of the RV, the signal was not stable enough in the TV.
Second, the live video lags by a few seconds - which can have - shall we say - adverse consequences.
Third, the video is backwards as compared to a true backup camera - so you will constantly have to remember that as you backup or monitor the traffic behind you.
I went with a wired system that I got on Amazon for $200:
Esky® 7-Inch TFT LCD Monitor Waterproof Car Color Backup Rear View Camera System
Monitor on the dash
Pigtail connector on the rear of the TV near the TT power/signal connector. The TT cable is kept inside the propane cover. The backup camera is mounted on the spare tire rack, and the cabling is zip-tied to the underside of the TT up to the tongue. I don't (currently?) use the second camera.
I use a regular license plate frame backup camera on the TV that shows on the TV's stereo for backing up to hookup.
