I have a Peak wireless with 3.5" monitor. The camera is mounted on a piece of sheet aluminum and it is affixed to the inside of the rear window ledge with heavy duty Scotch interlocking strips (like Velcro on steroids). I have 2 25' extension cables that I purchased from eTrailer. I now mount the transmitter under the pin box. I used to put the transmitter in the cab of my old truck, thus the 2 extensions. I have no issues with full time video quality. When I first did this a few years ago I had problems that turned out to be Bluetooth interference from my Garmin.
