Wonder if fema will start buying RV'S again?

That is a very good question. With the RV industry running full tilt to keep up with current demand, large orders from FEMA could really be a problem nationwide.

It's just a shame that the trailers bought for past catastrophes were left to rot.

That won't happen this time in the Houston area. And when the recipients no longer need them they will be in very good shape to sell unlike the Katrina ones.
