The biggest issue is probably the rear axle ratio. You will likely need some thing like a 3.7 or higher.
If your vehicle does NOT have a factory HD tow package, I would also recommend a HD radiator and an auxiliary transmission cooler in addition to the proper wiring for electric brakes.
Some pickups come with lighter duty tires. These can allow the truck to sway more in a cross wind. Adding HD shocks and the highest load range tires you can find will make a big difference.
