There are a couple options that I know of. One is a Jayco fifth wheel loft model. It has a small rear bunk room with two bunks and has a overhead loft bedroom with a double bunk and access via a ladder in the living room. Not a bad layout. I believe there are several toy haulers with lofts as well but they are very large/heavy.
You will be very limited when looking for models with a master bedroom and two bunk rooms. Keep in mind that if you plan on keeping for a long time, your needs may change and two bunk rooms tends to sacrifice other living space (kitchen and living room).
One other option is a fifth wheel with rear bunk room with opposing slides. This creates a very large bunk room that can be split down the middle with a curtain. Again, this would be a heavy rig. Whatever you choose, make sure that you have the adequate truck to tow and handle the payload (especially if a fifth wheel).
Enjoy the pursuit.
