He's not plugged into my site, but plugged in to a site 2 spots down from me. His power cord is laying across my site, behind my TT. This is one thing that bothers me a little about the manager. I told him about this and he said he told him to plug in two spots down because he kept tripping the breaker on his site. Manager said he was running his AC and water heater. If I was the manger, I would have told him to run less appliances and use his own outlet. It's only 20amp service at each site. When the owner of the other site gets back (the one he is plugged into), he is going to have to unplug anyway.
