Yes. The electric is "free" but the sites are expensive. The 12.5'x45'covered spot is $250 a month but you don't get charged for electric. All of their sites have electric (un-metered), even the uncovered spots.
When I first moved in there (almost 4 years ago), the paperwork asked that you don't run your A/C units but that you could run a DE-humidifier in your units. The don't enforce this policy because I always see RVs running their AC units. This is probably why the price keeps increasing because people are using a lot of electricity. I wish they would lover the rates and meter the electric. If you want to run AC fine, but you'll have to pay for it.
