And ok. What if the private spot was much closer to the attractions? Closer than the KOA?
In fact I've been looking at RV parks in/near Valdosta GA for a Seasonal spot. If I go to a area in Georgia/Florida area I plan on at least a month at a time. RV parks I've looked at were 450 to 475 a month. If they did not offer a monthly rate it wouldn't be as attractive.
