Simple math tells me you'd have a hard time making a profit on this.
Lets say high end. $80 a night. Lets say three RV's total and lets say you are full 365 days a year (highly unlikely). 3x$80 = $240 x 365 = $87,600 GROSS before any expenses.
Can't see how this is a profitable plan.
Am I missing something?

With only three spaces the only advantage I see would maybe using a tax write off on an otherwise ineligible asset like land or improvements. Occupancy rates probably in the 20-30% and not at those prices. So after marketing and insurance expenses maybe a break even endeavor. It can be done but probably pretty difficult to turn a profit on such a small scale.
