What’s with all the negativity toward Yahoo and Walmart?
Recently, we made a round trip from Denver to the Seattle area in our RV. Most nights Walmart provided overnight parking. We have no complaints. Many places the Walmart is the only place to shop. Their overnight parking is a mutually beneficial arrangement. We get a place to spend the night. And they benefit from our shopping at their store – mainly for groceries and propane. At most stores, when you ask for staff assistance, an associate walks you to the item you’re looking for. Plus the store is a place, out of the weather, for my after-meals walks. And some stores have a gas station – usually with the best price around. So what’s not to like?
As far as Yahoo is concerned, they have provided us with free email for years. So I’m willing to put up with their ads – another mutually beneficial arrangement.
